Join me for a fun (and free!) food prep workshop where we’ll whip up easy sheet pan meals to keep you fuelled for 4-5 days.
Special guest Ripley, my feline sous-chef and top-of-the-fridge gremlin, will be on duty, supervising our every move with her expert (and highly judgemental) gaze. I’ll also be answering all your burning questions about health, fitness, and vegan nutrition—nothing’s off the table! Whether you’re wondering how to pack more protein into your meals, stay energized for workouts, or just curious about how I get anything done with a cat supervisor, I’ve got you covered. Grab your baking sheets, bring your questions, and let’s get cooking!
We'll be putting together easy, delicious sheet pan meals (all ingredients roasted in the oven at the same time) featuring chickpeas, sweet potatoes, fresh herbs, and your protein of choice. Simple ingredients, and entirely customizable to your tastes. We'll make a dressing to go along with the meal as well.
You'll get an ingredient list in your email inbox once you register!
